About me
"Much travelled, lots of experience and frequently recognised might sum me up. I started my working life in administration and after gaining work & life experience in the USA , I began my HR career in Learning & Development with a large Local Authority.
It was from here that I embarked upon my HR, Educational and Professional journey that has placed all those letters behind my name and in turn, has led me and my husband (Mike) on a physical/geographical journey that has seen us settle in Carlisle (via Edinburgh and Glasgow) since 2010.
During the 25 years I have spent in people management, I have learned that HR can be very difficult to navigate effectively, even for the savviest of organisations and managers. However, using my extensive experience, I aim to take the stress out of any stressful workplace situation by supporting and assisting you with as much, or as little guidance as you may require.
